Carhartt is a family-owned American company founded in '89 by Hamilton Carhartt, based in Dearborn, Michigan. Carhartt started out making clothing for the railroad workers but it evolved into a mainstream brand due to it's research into extending materials durability, use of heavy duty threads, flame-resistant fabrics and more. Nowadays Carhartt WIP (founded in '94) is a staple of streetwear and pop culture. The iconic Carhartt WIP logo represents durability and quality.
The Carhartt WIP Simple Short is constructed from a polyester/cotton, which is a midweight poly-cotton fabric, and cut in a relaxed fit with a regular waist. The short is finished off with a Carhartt WIP logo on the back of the shorts.
